The Saudi Ministry of Commerce announced the recall of 2,765 2014 Ford F-150 vehicles due to a defect in the automatic transmission sensor that may lead to a sudden decrease in the vehicle’s speed while driving, which increases the loss of control of the vehicle and the risk of an accident.
The Ministry calls on users of vehicles included in the recall to contact the two local agents, Al-Jazeera Agencies Company, on the toll-free number (8007492222), and the Mohammed Yousef Naghi Company, on the toll-free number (8001240218), to make the necessary repairs free of charge.
It is possible to verify that the vehicle chassis number is included in the recall campaign through the Defective Products Recall Center website (Recalls.sa).
